Before we talk

A few things worth knowing.

Can I start with one professional?

Yes. Every WorkAid seat is one dedicated, full-time professional. We will look at the work you have and tell you whether a full-time role fits.

Will they work in our systems?

Yes. They work in the systems and workflows you authorise, under day-to-day direction from your team.

How does quality review work?

We agree the scope, the frequency and the access with you. A CPA reviews the work within that scope. Findings and follow-up are recorded in the client portal. Your practice retains final approval.

Who approves payroll and regulated work?

Your practice supervises regulated work and approves and lodges submissions. WorkAid prepares the work and does not approve or lodge it.
