A few things worth knowing.

Can I start with one professional?

Yes. WorkAid provides dedicated full-time professionals. We’ll discuss the work you have and whether a full-time role is the right fit.

Will they work in our systems?

Yes. Your professional works in the systems and workflows you authorise, with day-to-day direction from your team.

How does quality review work?

We agree the review scope, frequency and access with you. A CPA reviews work within that scope, with findings and follow-up recorded in the client portal. Your practice retains final approval.

Who approves payroll and regulated work?

Your registered tax or BAS agent supervises regulated work and approves and lodges submissions. WorkAid is not a registered tax or BAS agent and does not approve or lodge regulated submissions.
